Please join the Harriman Institute for a discussion with journalist Thomas de Waal, a senior fellow with Carnegie Europe, specializing in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region. Robert H. Davis, Librarian for Russian, Eurasian & East European Studies will make a brief introduction; Alexander Cooley, Director, Harriman Institute; Claire Tow Professor of Political Science, Barnard College, will moderate.
